Dragon Ball Super reveals Ultimate Deck 2023 with Fused Zamasu

The highly anticipated Goku Black-themed Ultimate Deck 2023 for the Dragon Ball Super Card Game has been unveiled, featuring intriguing cards that showcase the twisted and deformed character known as Fused Zamasu.

Bandai has recently provided details about the upcoming edition of the annual Dragon Ball Super Card Game release, the Ultimate Deck. Following last year’s focus on Cell, Ultimate Deck 2023 takes a deep dive into Goku Black. The deck revolves around a Goku Black Leader and Z-Awaken card, both of which highlight the main antagonist of the “Future” Trunks Saga in his Super Saiyan Rosé form. This particular transformation is exclusive to Goku Black, a result of his unique biology as a fusion of a God’s essence within a Saiyan body.

Set to be released on May 19th, 2023, the Ultimate Deck 2023 will be available for purchase at a retail price of $24.99. It boasts a 51-card structured deck comprising entirely of silver foil cards, accompanied by a seven-card Z-Deck. Additionally, the deck includes a randomly selected gold stamp and silver stamp silver foil Z-Deck card, as well as a Power Absorbed booster pack to enhance gameplay. Although injured, Zamasu remains one of the most dominant and indomitable villains in the history of Dragon Ball. Unlike Beerus, Champa, and Clone Vegeta, Zamasu and Goku Black align more closely with the traditional structure of Dragon Ball Z villains, who possess the ability to cause monumental repercussions.
