Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 3: Release date, time, cast, and plot for anime finale

“Attack on Titan: Final Season Part 3” is the highly anticipated conclusion of one of the most popular anime series of all time. Based on the award-winning manga by Hajime Isayama, “Attack on Titan” has amassed a massive global following thanks to its compelling storyline, intricate themes, and striking visuals. In the show’s post-apocalyptic world, humanity is under threat from flesh-eating Titans, humanoid giants who have forced humanity to take refuge within a city surrounded by 100-meter-high walls. When protagonist Eren Yeager’s mother is devoured by a Titan, he vows to take revenge, leading the elite Survey Corps in a fight against the Titans.

However, since the show’s debut in 2013, much has happened, and the lines between good and evil have become increasingly blurred. The latest season has been released in a slow burn over three years, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the explosive finale. “Attack on Titan: Final Season Part 3” will take on the last six chapters of the manga series, also known as the Conclusion Arc. The first half of the season will kick off with a special hour-long episode.

At the end of “Attack on Titan: Final Season Part 2,” Eren, once the hero of the story, has turned into a cataclysmic villain, initiating The Rumbling, a military coup that freed King Karl Fritz’s Wall Titans. Eren has gathered an army of these colossal beasts, who are brutally slaughtering anyone and anything in their path. Eren believes that the only way to save the people of the Eldian nation is to enact global genocide, leaving his former friends, Armin and Mikasa, to try to stop him before it’s too late.

For those eager to catch “Attack on Titan: Final Season Part 3,” the first half is scheduled to air in Japan on March 4 at 12:25 AM, with the second part expected to air later in 2023. Fans can also expect to see a subtitled stream on Crunchyroll shortly after the Japanese release, with an English dub release to follow about six weeks later. The English dub cast will include Bryce Papenbrook as Eren Jaeger, Josh Grelle as Armin Arlelt, and Trina Nishimura as Mikasa Ackermann, among others.
