The highly anticipated Attack on Titan event has finally arrived in Fortnite, bringing one of the world’s most popular anime series into Epic’s ever-expanding battle royale world. Starting Tuesday morning, players can expect the debut of three iconic characters from the series: Eren Jaeger, Captain Levi, and Mikasa Ackermann. Additionally, new in-game items like the Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) gear and Thunder Spears will be introduced.
Eren Jaeger will be obtainable as part of the battle pass, while Captain Levi and Mikasa will be available for purchase in the item shop. These characters will come with cosmetic items inspired by the show, such as back bling that reflects the clothing and military gear from Attack on Titan. To unlock Eren Jaeger’s skin and other accessories, players will need to purchase the Chapter 4 Season 2 Battle Pass and complete specific quests. ODM gear and Thunder Spears can be obtained during matches, found on the ground, in chests, and in Scout Regiment Footlockers. The ODM gear allows players to propel themselves into the air, resembling Spider-Man, and attack with built-in blades. After the attack, players can boost back into the air and grapple to a new location. Additionally, the Thunder Spear delivers a powerful blow, capable of destroying structures and causing chaos.
