Fortnite adds Attack on Titan skins and gear

The collaboration between Attack on Titan and Fortnite was initially leaked before being officially announced, and now it has finally been released. The anime-themed cosmetics from Attack on Titan can now be found in Fortnite’s Chapter 4 Season 2 update, as showcased in a new trailer.

In the trailer, the characters from Attack on Titan can be seen swinging around like Spider-Man using their Omni-Directional Mobility Gear and attacking with Thunder Spears. Players can obtain ODM Gear and Thunder Spears by looting chests or Scout Regiment Footlockers, as well as finding them on the ground.

Epic Games has provided more information about the crossover on their website. The Eren Jaeger cosmetic bundle is included in the battle pass, and players can complete eight related quests to unlock it, with these quests available until June 2. The Mikasa Ackerman and Captain Levi costumes, along with their accompanying accessories, can be purchased from the in-game shop for 1,500 V-bucks each.

Both players with and without the battle pass can participate in the quests. Completing the upcoming Week 5 quest will reward players with the Courageous Mikasa Spray, while completing the first Trigger Happy Trial will unlock the Scowling Levi Emoticon. These rewards, along with various other cosmetics, are displayed in the slideshow above and are currently available in the store.

This is not the first time Attack on Titan has collaborated with video games, as it has previously appeared in Dead by Daylight and Call of Duty: Vanguard. The crossover with Fortnite allows fans of both franchises to experience the thrilling world of Attack on Titan within the popular battle royale game.
