Lewis Hamilton and George Russell will once again race the car, hoping to better their prospects after a challenging 2022 season.
Mercedes has announced that the “W14 E Performance” will be introduced on February 15 through an online event.
Lewis Hamilton, a seven-time Formula 1 World Champion, and George Russell will once again control the car.
Following a challenging 2022 season in which they only managed one Pole Position at Hungary, one Sprint race win, and one Grand Prix triumph at Brazil, both racers will be trying to turn things around in 2023.
Russell is certain that the squad, which saw a recovery in speed toward the end of the previous season, would be able to leverage its lessons from the W13 to gain a competitive advantage in 2023.
The W14’s introduction comes after those of the Aston Martin, McLaren, and Ferrari. The only teams without an official date are Red Bull, Alfa Romeo, and Haas.
