A new helmet version for McLaren Ricciardo at the Miami race 2022
Daniel Ricciardo has designed a unique special helmet for the Miami Grand Prix weekend, drawing inspiration from the 1990s. For the first Miami Grand Prix weekend, Daniel Ricciardo will wear one of his most creative helmet designs yet. The McLaren racer helmet's idea originally came from the 1990s with his new lid, which pays homage to the Ace Ventura: Pet Detective movie. An depiction of Ricciardo's face appears on a label identifying him to be a pet detective against a floral background, along with different sources to the film on the helmet. Ricciardo isn't the only racer to go for a one-of-a-kind design to commemorate F1's first visit to Miami, with Lando Norris and Valtteri Bottas also revealing unusual helmets for the weekend.
